    Help w810i

    hello all im new as you can see i was wondering if i flash my w810i so i can apply patchs to it is there any risk of harming your phone ?

    there is always a risk, but if you know what you are doing the risk is minimal

    There will always be a risk of harming your phone, although this risk is small and proving you take care you should run into no problems.

    Before you do start modifying you phone make a gdfs backup with a program such as xs++ so you have an option to restore your phone if you need to.

    if you get a GDFS back up you can do any thing with your phone if your phone not trun on restore GDFS and its OK

    there is small risik to harm phone but " 3 x read " than do something and when you have a problem ask first here

    Your W810 must be CID49 for vkp patchs...(DB2010)
    If it is CID50 (DB2012) you won't be allowed to aplly patches for free...

    -Always do a GDFS backup...
    -Be sure that patches are for your model and firmware
