    HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R8A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG

    are these right files?

    i used Far_Manager_with_JDFlasher_plugin.

    First post so please bear with me!:) K800i on Vodafone UK. CDA102511/130R4A CXC 1250490 R8BF003. I have a feeling this does not work on Vodafone branded phones! Followed the tutorial but ended up with a flashing screen. I then downloaded the Vodafone files given in a reply on page 2 but am now getting a configuration error. I have tried other files but still the same error. Now I'm sure I followed the instructions to the letter so I'm not sure where I went wrong? Can somebody help me out please?

    That error comes when you don't finalize flashing, you need CUSTPACK for your phone according your firmware for finalization
