Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers)

i flashed every thing but when i turn the phone on, i can see the please wait,the screen is flashing.

my phone was originally a EUROP_2 , i flashed with HONG_KONG rom.

i tried to flash with EUROP_2 k810 rom,
screen flashing:eek:,
then i flashed HONG_KONG K800,
all fine,
flash HONG_KONG K810,
screen flashing.:confused:
i have to flash back to HONG_KONG K800 RED53.

what should i do to flash it to HONG_KONG RED53 K810?
