Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers)

first, for what purpose do you delete the system files? system files are system files not to be messed around if you don't know what exact you are doing, the only solution is to full flash again your phone

I'm sure I followed the instructions but I've got error screen "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centrel". I tried to do it many times but nothing seems to work.

you have use the wrong custpack, try this
K800i_CDA102511_180_R1A_Telefonica_O2_Czech_republ ic, if it doesn't work, use these files :

First post here and I am after some help!

Just want to make sure I get the correct files for what I need. I have the software to debrand and unlock, just not sure about the flash files etc. file on phone is 102511-R9a. i have found 102511-R8a in the download section so would that be the file I need to download?

Hi Rider,

Got the files you said, tried to flash with FarManager + JD Flasher but once it finishes and I turn on phone I get message on screen saying "config error contact network provider" have tried it about 5 times and same thing everytime. Have tried flashing FS first, any ideas what I am doing wrong.

i think you dont' properly finalize your phone, flash the custpack only (the third one which i gave), it should work, read the first post for flashing custpack

Hi Rider,

Will give it another go although I did follow the first post well. The phone has been debranded as I do not get the O2 logo anymore. When and how do i apply the simlock vkp with farmanager? I cant use setool v1.11 as I get read error when I try to connect phone.
