Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers)

Hello guys, i'm new in this, so I have an question

My phone's Firmware Version is R8BF003 so what should I use:
K810_R8BF003_FS_TELEF_GEN_RED53.rar & Main or
K810_R8BA024_FS_MEDITERR_RED53.rar & main

Edit I flashed it using K810_R8BA024_FS_MEDITERR_RED53.rar & main
and the lighteffects are not working, my screen is flashig always, what to do :-s

Also tried the K810_R8BF003 and still the screen flickers :|

FS or Main it's corrupted archive - use other.

i tried with other files, but the same things happen, how do I verify what Firmware i have now k800 or k810?

type the service keys >*<<*<* then go to software info. or model info.
