i follow all instruction, but nothing happens to my phone, even my messages and phonebooks didnt erased, but the software version is now r8ba024 from r8bf003. why? tnx.

Have a look in the log and see if there was some sort of error uploading the FS - that sounds like you successfully uploaded the main firmware, and copied over the config, but because it was using the old filesystem it didn't ever run the setup scripts.
