i want to remove operator links and toher stuff

You can't do that with FSX. Flash the phone with GENERIC firmware.

Flash your phone with generic firmware as ama95 said, this will get rid of all the operator stuff on your phone.

However, if you want to remove the operator logo on the standby screen you will need to edit your layout.xml

delete this (after "StatusIndication") from layout.xml to remove operator logo:
