Before flashing my Z310a, I want to know the benefits of debranding it besides removing the AT&T junk.
Can someone answer this for me soon? Thanks!:D

Technically that is what debranding is. The adventages are debranding with some networks makes it possible so that the user can use there own ringtones rather than buying from the network, and give you a bit more memory removing all the networks images, default themes etc.
