N00blet in need - try to unlock a k550i on orange

Hi, I've got this k550i on orange and have been trying to follow the tutorials to try and unlock it with SETool2 Lite, when i try to get the GDFS number I keep getting this message -

Is there something wrong and if so is there anyway around this problem so i can unlock my phone. Thank you in advance.

The problem is: you use old version on Setool !
