W910i - NEW Firmware Out - R1FA030 !!!

how can i update to this firmware, will i loose my data on my phone if i do so

i noticed there is n newer firmware version available R1FA035 and R1FA037 is it worth updating to this one instead

if so can you contact asap phone playing up

i understand there is a cid52 and a cid53 what are the benefits of updating this feature, thnx
