i think its because of your usbflashdrivers, i doubt its the pc. Try taking out your phone battery for 2min first and then restart your phone. hope it all goes well.

i have same problem, after i uninstall all usb driver and re-install, is working now.
After reinstall driver, i need to reboot pc, then everything working fine.
I have the same problem... I use MyPhoneExplorer and when I try to download files at 115200 bits/seg. the computer restarts. This only happens at home. At my job I use the same cable, the same phone, same usb drivers and the same MyPhoneExplorer and everything works fine at 115200 b/s. I think that is a hardware problem. My solution to this is to set the connection speed to 9600 bits/seg. It's slow but causes no restart.
My phone is a K300a
the power cable in usb might be shorted so the pc is restating as said try using friends cable of the same type and install usb driver properly, if probem still persists, then the culprit may be your pc try uing the cable with other pc hope problem may solve. good day.
try have the cable in the computer when it starts up.
hello everybody
hey 'sentet' after i download the drivers
what should i do ?
where to put it ?

First try using a friends cable. the wire might have broken internally, or probably shorted.
