U need to get the unlock code from the provider by supplying them with the IMEI number. there might be a small fee for this.

otherwise the only other way to unlock it is via "testpoint" and this means opening up the fone and connecting several wires and a usb cable. I really wouldnt recommend this way unless you know what you are doing or you dont care if the phone breaks or not.
