Problem After Filmware My Se K700i

my se k700i have a problem after filmware...
this is my k700i filmware

Platform: DB2020
OTP CID: 51
EROM CID: 52
EROM Color: Red
IMEI: 3552401xxxxxx
Phone ID: K770
Region: AAC
CDA: CDA12345678/123 R2A
Firmware Version: R8BA024
EROM: R3A022

and i filmware it with this file
k770_R8BA024_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED25.fbn

after that i turn on my phone and in the screen write

'configuration error. please contact your network operator or service centre'

it also cannot login into menu and other..
i have do a backup file an restore the original filmware but i still the same..
can any one help me....????? :confused:

Did you flash your phone? If yes, then you did forget to apply custom file.
