I am an orange and want to unlock the phone so that i can use it for o2 I am having trouble unlocking it. Could i please get a set of instructions of what to download and exactly what to do. Thank you.

W660i is a db2020 cid52. First download the last firmware from download section and debrand it with XS++ or Setool.
Then for unlock read carefully this topic:
