I recommend that you do the following:
1)Do a full flash (MAIN,FS,Customization)
2)Repair your GDFS,there is a guide about it at "Tutorials" section
3)Repair your EROM with SeTool2Lite,NOT with wotan,davinci etc.

If the problem still persists (sth that personally I don't believe after you do these) it is certainly a hardware problem...
