how to unlock my w580i

hi, im a girl and imm trying to unlock my phone . it is currently locked to at&t and i want to use it with tmobile. Can someone help me please. Please break it down as simple as possibl so i can follow the step. Thank you so mcuh.:)

you can also call att and ask for your unlock code. if they ask why just say you want to use in other europe or canada. you must be a current att customer.

i've unlocked 3 w580i this way. takes 24-72 hours to get the unlock code from att

I unlocked my w580i through the SETool method, however, it requires various firmwares (I had mine set to w800i >.<) so just a quick tip if you are going to use SETool

i was using this one, it seem pretty simple.. good luck if they have your firmwawre.. mine is a weird one
