If you just have used this hardware I think, that there is no other possibility.

try this Method:

1. Load the WotanClient
2. Delete the Userdata
3. Click start button
4. Take out the battery
5. Connect the phone with usb-cabel
6. Hold the button 2+5
7. Insert the battery

Now the programm will work for a short time. Take out the battery for 10 sec. and insert. Now the erom will be work normal. If it will not work first time you musst try it agian.
