Your phone is CID 49 so you also need plugins for FAR Manager to support CID 49 phones. Here is a tutorial on it.

Had the same problem, all it was is the failure to finalise after the install the FS Main and FS, you most likely haven't killed your phone permenantly.

Other option if not confident using far is to use an online upgrade/unlock software and complete the finalisation that way.
