Did you make a GDFS backup before attempting to flash your phone?

If you did so, then use it to backup your phone.

Now, flash the phone again, with the correct files&without no patches.

I had the same problem as you, I succesfully flash my phone and then when I start messing with the patches, it started to restart all by itself.

Weird, huh? Well..that's it.
