Help My K850i Is Dead!!

hi

i hv this k850i, but it doesn't allow me to turn on. Well, it partly do, for example, when i turn on the phone keypad light up and the vibrtation starts, then that's about it. THis process repeat itself. It does the same if i plug into the charger

but, i can collect to SEUS, and reach to 100% but still not turn on. Also, if i connect to XS++ or setools lite it can read the phone's detail, so the phone is not fully dead right??

I have taken my phone to a local repair shop, and ask to apply a full re-flash on the phone. However, it still doesn't work. THerefore, it is not really the software's problem though isn't? because using XS++ i can idenfity the phone's information like CDA, software version, IMEI... etc... I give up on it!

If you have a backup of the GDFS you should try to restore it. I think this would be a good start. If this doesn't work trying posting a log and one the more experience person will probably give you better a solution.

how would he restore a GDFS backup if he couldn't get one before the phone died? why don't people realise there's no free software to flash DB3150.

take it back to a service centre. K850i has some serious issues my k850i just died last week as well.

Yes lil3vil88 is right take it to the service center, because there is no free soft that can repair your phone for now!!!

U need to perform a FULL flash. Unfortunately, NEW XS++ isn't out to allow u this operation, so it's reasonable to take it to a service center like lil3vil88 and albo said.

You can wait for new XS++ that supports A2 phones, or you can take the phone to service centre.

HI there don,t use xs++ only try once again to flash new firmware only fs with cda custom settings then turn it on it should be ok.Note that Fs should match Main firmware otherwise you again stuck on it.ok. Goodluck
