ALL.:) Theres No Other Query In Matching A MAIN And FS Except Firmware Versions. The FS And Custom Needs To Match Together. However, MAIN_GENERIC Is Most Widely Used.

I would take generic.
something in my mind says, that something other than that is correct - correct somebody me, if I'm wrong. ;)

You need the MAIN_GENERIC. MAIN_HONG KONG and MAIN_CHINA need only if you need the chinese language support(but without a matching FS they are no use), and the others are branded firmwares. For ex. MAIN_VODAFONE need a VODAFONE FS.

I just saw in my phone in the service menu (>*<<*<*) at software-info in the first row "r8bf003 prgCXC1250210_GENERIC_WI r8bf003". Does this mean a already have MAIN_GENERIC? or is there an other way to look up which MAIN I have on my phone?

Exactly, you have already a K800_R8BF003_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_REDxx generic firmware in your phone. And it is the latest firmware for your phone.

Main_generic
Main_Orange

But I Think Main_Generic is the best too.
