To send messages to other device via BT Messaging Apps you need to install this app to both devices.

i don't really need an aplication to send messages.
you can go to Notes, write a new note, and send it via bluetooth

i think it's easier to use one of these apps to send sms via bluetooth, it is faster then writing a note!
