I did it on my K700 but I had to find a complete new firmware version including the language I need.
In my case willing to install the Italian language I searched a firmware "EU5".

go to setting on you mobile, if its not there then you are going to have to flash your phone to firmware that includes your languages you require. top sony is not an official SE site and neither is its fimware...only SEUS is official.
