how to unlock w580i cid53?

there is no free solution, u need to have setool box, then you can perform unlock on cid53 phones.

But what of this:

As far as I know, the new XS++ (3.2) will support CID53 and then you'll be able to flash/debrand. And there is no way you can lower the CID unless you updated a CID52 yourself and have the CID52 EROM from before the update...

I'm almost to the point of Test point if this doesn't become clear... As soon as I can DL here (if I last now that I hear it's a month wait (not really worth it for me) but my patience is getting the better of me so I might just use the dl from other places and just go at it like I've been doing until it works or bricks....

Ya it is but with my moto E1 I was able to flash it and change the OS which debranded and unlocked the network...
And don't worry there are no dumb questions...
I could be wrong, too, I don't claim to be an expert...

Gosh, I've killed my w580i when trying to unlock it...
Now i've sent it to SE technical assistance to see if they can bring it to life again

i miss my mobile.. i had usued it for only 10 days... it was brand new...

be careful when changing things on it
