usbsmart 8.4 doesn't work well with that phone
instead setool old is all over the web, searched google and found it in 40 seconde here
you need to use a t28 service cable, if your cable is a data cable, you can convert it easy, search google for the conversion, i explainded myself right here on this forum couple of time so you can look in my posts if you want
