W580 i can't unlock

I am trying to unlock SE W580i it has networked locked on simobil vodafone slovenia. I was doing like it says in manual on forum but at the end it still doesnt work.it say that i must conatct the network provider or smthg. Please help me i am trying this all day long and still doesnt work.

Download another custom file that what you have is not working!

You forgot to customize your phone. Like darac_os said, download a custom pack for your phone and upload it. There are many flashing guides here at TopSony. Just follow one of them...

Yes i downloaded it but it is still locked to simobil vodafone. Only that sim works.

I just unlocked mine. First I did a full flash of the Main, FS and Custom, then I use simlockGenerator to create unlock patch. After that, I flash the main and unlock patch using setool lite. If you have the main for your phone you do not need to do a full flash, just flash the main and unlock patch with setool and it will work. Don't forgot to click bypass security in setool.

So you just after all that flash once again main firmware and patch of that main firmware and than you flash again.is that right?

If you won't put others patches to the phone later and only want to ulocked.
Just start setool 1.11 lite choose w580 mark "bypass db2020 security", add main fw and load unlocked patch that you made for your firmware with SIMLockPatchGen.exe in "misc files" pole then push "flash" and follow the instruction of the program!!!
I unlocked one K800i in this way!!!
