Zapf acoustics help

iam using Peter's Acoustics v2 but i have the following problems :
-bad call sound with alot of noise
-low headphones volume
-hissing sound in loudspeaker

So can anyone one recommend any good acoustic which have :

-loud headphone volume
-loud loudspeaker volume
-clear call sound

there's also one called hyper intense acoustics , that one is pretty good also
