Cannot flash W880

I just got a dead W880 that I was hoping to fix.

The firmware that came on the phone was R6BC002 with Europe2 fs.

I flashed the phone with R8BA024 firmware, and Europe4 FS with XS++ first, but when I tried to turn on the phone after the flash was done, all that happened was that the phone vibrated once, and the light on the screen and the keyboards went on, but the screen was just blank.
When I connected the phone to XS once again, the firmware was still R6BC002 with Europe2.

I even tried flashing the phone with DAVINCI, but the firmware wouldn't be changed, and the phone would still not show any image on the screen.

Is there anything I can do? Is the phone write protected or something?

Try to flash the EROM with XS++, SETool 1.11 Lite or KKClient for free, maybe you fix the phone!!!
Or try to read GDFS and rewrite again.

As you can see in the attachment I flashed the phone with the latest firmware, and Europe 4 FS, and europe 4 CDA, but the phone is still europe 2 with the old firmwares still on it.

This makes no sence. I've tried flasing the phone several times. I've even tried upgrading the erom, but still the same. The phone cannot be written to.

But there has happened something. Now I can power on the phone. The light on the keypads and the screen lights up, but the screen is still dark. It even makes sounds when I use a sim card, and press the wrong buttons.

It's just so weird. The phone seems to be in fully working order, exept for the screen, but still I cannot do anything to the phones software.

Full charge battery and you can flash back R6BC002 to try.

R6BC002 Is the firmware already on it. r8ba024 is the one I want to flash on it

Have you tried connecting the phone with 2+5 instead of "C" and then upgrading the EROM and after that flashing? Sounds to me that the EROM might be dead.

First you must flash File System
1. W880_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_2_RED52
Then customize File System with:
2. HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_11_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_2
And finaly flash Main:
3. W880_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED52
