W580 Configuration Error - Please contact service provider

In your log it says your custpack is

AMERICA_2 (CDA102460/101) (K510)

Two things wrong with this. One is that the custpack doesnt match with the firmware, and secondly its for a K510 and not W580.
I think this is your problem.
Someone correct me if im wrong.

Thanks for the reply but in XS++ I selected own custom pack so I am not sure why it's saying K510. Also, the custom packs I have used are America_1 and not America_2

Update - I acutally figured out what was wrong; I did not have the "t" in the word "Own_custpack". Once I rename the folder and flash the phone again, everthing is now ok.
