W550i the problem with software and the white display

I welcome everyone. I have a problem with the SE w550i phone. Phone normally worked and sie turned off. He is curing when he already joined in the screen is lighting it on in white. the standard usb cable is fine (dcu-60), you can unlock the phone with a patch, the w550 is db2010 and cid:36 or cid:49 post up a xs++ if you want to know what cid the phone is.
