SETool patching Error please help

when i want to patch my w810 phone using SETool this error appears:

what means read error?

i haven't applied any vkp files before and this is my first time but this error happens, can any one help me please?:)

That the patch isn't working correctly. Upload the patch you want to patch and we maybe we will find the problem.

SEtool have many ploblem, my W610i was dead after flashing with SEtool

i think i better should try with anoter tool

maybe you have a cid50 w810i?
