K750 Keypad not working

My k750 has a faulty keypad.
The numbers 123 doesn't work, and neither does right and down on the joystick.
I've got a spare k750, and I tried switching the keypads, but it didn't help, so I know that the problem is not with the keypad itself.

Is there anything else that needs to be changed, or perhaps a part that needs soldering?

try to do a full flash to the phone. I had that problem with a w800 (some keys doesn't work) and after a full flash they started to work

What should I clean? I've tried with another keypad and the same happened there, so there can't be dirt inside the keypad, and the phone looks clean inside. I've also tried flashing it.

I think that it must be a hardware problem, but it's just so weird that it's only the three buttons and the right, down that doesn't work.

Anyone know if there is like a chip or something that "controls the keypad", that can be replaced/soldered?

there can be hardware defect(a chip or somthing like that)
so I think it's irrepairable :(

But isn't it possible to just solder on a new chip?

i have the same problem with yours.. i replaced the damaged controller IC.. but perhaps you could try reheating using hot air... maybe it could help..

hope you can fix your. it took 4months for me to find a replacement IC..
