Lightbulb Vista work around for unplugging crash

Hi, i've not seen seen any posts about this so maybe its just me.. but when i flash with far1.70 on vista everything works fine until i unplug the phone and then it blue screens...but i've found that if you quit far like normal and log off you can remove the phone without a problem. If this works or you have a better way cud you post your experiences

It's been ages since I saw the Blue Screen of Death on XP... It is only the poor Vista ppl who MS is turning into guinea pigs to sell some stupid upgrade which people don't even want!

It depends on which version of Windows Vista you are flashing or workiing with the phone. I had tried almost every 32bit Vista with Sony Ericsson phones. The early Beta versions of Vista failed to install the flash driver (the regular usb drivers went fine). The release candidate used to do such a thing. The regular version of Vista (not Beta or RC) is working PERFECT for me :). Although it is a little hard to install flash drivers for DB2010 phones, it works... To install DB2010 flash drivers on vista, you have to download the: signed usb drivers pack from Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications for your phone. The SEMC flash drivers work fine on vista.
