have you tried to updated via SEUS?
because usually it sort out all the problem realted with software issues. It looks like you need a new screen.

u know what your on about with the w880i
i need your help, i am same situation here
but i have sadly, SEUS up to CID53
i not sure i have the right files, but w880i files not seem to be flashing to the phone!
can you send me files you think i may need?
these i have from topsony, but cant get anywhere, also i only have 2... i dont have the 3rd (custom?) not to sure what is required to get that working
