when i conect my w550i and click on the SEFP then ENTER THE MATRIX this error pop-up ''Unable to open device: EPIUSB Check for EPIUSB.SYS driver installed'' how do i slow this problem.

Possibly problem in driver. Try to delete old and reinstall.
