you may not be able to flash it using XS++
if you flash it by wotan client.
you won't get the phone started,there's no doubt.
so waiting for the new firmware.

my w580i is cid53 as well, so I took it to those places where they sell phones and they flashed it with the new firmware.

I'm new to the SE w580i but have been modding for about 3-4 years now on ROKR's and Moto E1...

Has this CID53 unbranded FW been released??
Can I downgrade the CID to 52?
Yes I'm on AT&T and have read a lot already on unlocking patches, FW, and unbranding the w580i...

I'm already connected with newest setool2lite_1.11, XS++, MenuEdit, qamaker, SIMLockPatchGen, and I have W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52 and W580_R8BE001_FS_AMERICA_2_RED52...

I also have W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn and W580_R8BA024_FS_AMERICA_2_RED52.fbn which are my choosen FW cause of the light bug issue...

Any ideas or can someone link me to the best post here for these issues...

I have gone through the first 2 pages of FW flashing & unlocking...
