Plug your phone to the PC, go to your cable's properties and than uninstall all the drivers for this cable. Than unplug and plug the cable to you PC again (if you want you can plug it to another USB port) and install drivers that you want. :)

(Or on cable/modem/750/USB choose properties -> driver and choose upgrade driver, browse for the driver (should already be unpacked in some folder on your harddrive)
    :D

    Mind you:
This can only be done with so calles "digitaly signed" drivers in WinXP (service pack2).
For eaxmple the "DCU-60_USBFlash_drivers.zip" from here are not signed.

If thats the case, the system will not let you choose these.

They were the ones to use in my case tho... (You have to use the register editor and stuff)

Why you don't try to use W550 Red colour .bin to convert from Brown to red, if you have a Brown EROM.
And has problem with connecting to far,or Phone XS trying to use press * key
    to connect FAR,PhoneXS,
or try press 2+5 Key when Somes applications call : " unplug the phone , and pres C key to connect your phone !

Just re-install the PC Suite that comes on the CD that came with the phone, followed by the Update Service.. That should automatically update all required drivers.
