There are several firmware update tools..

From SonyEricsson itself; SEUS, see link in post from K2bi (above)
Works in Windows XP, for Windows Vista see click

For others I suggest u try searching this forum
* davinciTeam software (pay) -> Windows
* Wotan server (pay) -> Windows
* far manager free, but a little more complicated

But first, search the forum and read the topics, especially 'sticky' posts!

Far manager you can download here and the flash plugin you can download on se-nse forums.

XS++ "with" far manager? I was told that they were two different softwares... Please tell us how to use them together.
