strange message

hi i just paid via paypal but im getting this..

"Sorry, you do not have sufficient download allowances available at the moment
Allowances: 50.00 Mbytes/43.13 Mbytes used"

what have i done wrong,do i need to donate more or something?
any help would be appreciated,only downloaded 1 file and now im stuck.rteally need to flash my w850i

Youve Already Used 43mb. Since You Have Only Downloaded 1 File, You Might Have Used Download Manager Or Your Download Was Interrupted Several Times. Buy An Upgraded 100mb Package Or Wait Till Next Month.
