CSloader refused to start GDFS services,error is:29

Now, my phome is dead :( It has no response when I hold 2+5 keys and conect cable. I played a bit and learnd that only way for SeTool2 to recognize it is to conect cable, hold 2+5 keys, and then insert batt. Is this bad to do, and how to fix this situation?
