    I think it maybe hardware problem,you can change the keypad IC.

    i have the same problem with yours.. i replaced the damaged controller IC.. but perhaps you could try reheating using hot air... maybe it could help..

    hope you can fix your. it took 4months for me to find a replacement IC..
