Best firmware is R1L002. It supports Flash lite but not flash menus.

They all can be flashed with the w800 firmware so all that should really make a difference to you is either which is the cheapest (if thats what your looking for), or which back you like since they have different back plates and the camera shutter opens and closes differently.
