    take it to a service centre, thats what i did to my k750, same problem

    No I don't wanna use a lot of money on fixing it. It's not worth that much.

    The keypad IC about 10 usd,perhaps you could try change this using hot air.

    I can use the IC from a different k750 that I've got. I don't have a hot air gun, but I'll try with a soldering iron.

    That IC only can use hot air gun to change it,can't use soldering iron.

    That's too bad. How much is a hot air gun? By the way, wouldn't a hot air gun just heat all of the mainboard?
