setool 2 lite will not identify phone?!?

cannot for the life of me understand why setool will not identify the phone so basically i have fallen at the first hurdle!
very frustrated!

To be able to connect your phone to SETool2 Lite, XS++, etc. you need to install the USB Flash Dirver: USB Flash Driver Installation - Guide.

install semc driver n try to redetect you phone by following the instruction. try to search for solution on other thread.

what phone do you have i find that problem only occurs if your phone is not supported ie w910i

also dont forget to press C after pluggin the cable

There are many new phones which are not supported by setool2 lite.

Then we must wait to release new free Setool... If you haven't your phone on list at SeTool2Lite, you can't identify/flash it.
