please.!
my phone wont turn on.if i turn it on..it seems like its turning on but still there is a blank screen..and theres light in the keypad.
but it wont start..what will i do?..please help me...:(

Remove the battery for 15-20 minutes and try again. If still not power on go to service center.

You can`t flash k850, because it has a new platform that xs++ only detects and nothing else. DB3150 platform phones can`t be flashed for free for now.
