    Question Programs

    Hello,

I am thinking about the following question: When will DB3025/CID53 modding (flashing and patching) be free in prgrams like SETool or XS++? BTW: What does DB and CID mean? I mean the abbreviations?

    Thanks for any response,
    BitzFreak

Cid53 phones you can flash already with JdFlasher.

Well, I don't know what the letters stand for, but CID refers to the version of security on the phone. DB20** refers to the hardware platform of the phone.

In any case, all you really need to know is that generally you'll want to match the CID to your phone, with the exception of a couple of cases you'll discover by searching these forums.
