The problem is that the phone is a CID53. It can be flashed(debranded) with jdflasher, but the problem is that at the moment there is no CID53 firmware for K800. So you need to wait until K800 CID53 firmwares will be available...

actually cid:53 firmwares are around there not on topsony yet but they are about, i have found a guide for flashing with jdflasher i will try and get permission to post it in the topsony guides section.
