my z310i is locked by someone, i mean phone lock code, and i don't know how to unlock it, please help me, i tried to flash my phone, i flashed it, but still notingh, it stiil ask for code, please help me !!!

he is not looking for service provider unlock but just for user code
@twister. did you tried to read user code with xs++ ?

then follow instructions
