Unable to input chinese language with APAC FS ?

Actually I did some research on the net and somebody said that FS decides the language in your phone while Main gives you language writing ability .. So if I wanna read and write Chinese Simplified, I must use China Main and APAC FS ? I tried them but it makes my phone dead. When the phone is started, the screen keep blinking and just won't start ..

Another question : If I mix China Main with APAC FS, my Customization file should be APAC or C_ASIA ?
