dead S500

i work in a cellfone store, yesterday i have a customer come to me with a dead s500 dat wont turn on at all... when i plug it into a charger it only flash red light on the side a few times n thats it, could the EROM be corrupted inside?? i swap battery with another working s500 but it still the same problem...is there a way to fix it??

1. Install the USB flash drivers on a computer
2. Plug in the USB cable into the computer
3. Plug in the other end of the USB cable into the phone keeping pressed the C key in the same time

That should reinitialize its flash memory. If it's not working then you should use SE Tool to find out what is wrong. Maybe it needs to be flashed again.

da customer brought it to some store n try to reflash it but it didnt work... i have a multiserver cable... wonder does it work with the s500??

also im juz wondering wat is the difference between multiserver cable n crusier cable??

If you thing EROM is corupted, why did't repair him with KulanKendi and DCU-60 cable for free. You don't losing nothing!
